An Order on Consent was issued for a violation of Section 301 of the Clean Water Act (CWA), 33 U.S.C. 1311, involving discharges of pollutants, consisting of fill material, from point sources into waters of the United States located on tax parcel 114.00-2-6.100, consisting of five (5) acres in the Town of Gorham, Ontario County, New York, without authorization by the Secretary of the Army, as provided by Section 404 of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. 1344.
