This warrant is necessary because the Agency has been unable to locate a person authorized to grant access to the Site. The warrant provides EPA with access to perform a preliminary assessment and site investigation under the Superfund removal program to investigate the potential release of sodium cyanide at the Site. EPA has been working closely with the State of New Hampshire and the Town of Wilton on this planned site investigation.
