On 04/20/2022 Region 5 mailed a Notice of Warning to Winfield Solutions, LLC. In it Region 5 states that Winfield Solutions, LLC failed to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing formal notification that there is reason to believe that Winfield Solutions, LLC (?Winfield?) has operated in violation of Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N), by failing to submit a Notice of Arrival for Pesticides and Devices (NOA or EPA Form 3540-1) prior to the pesticide product?s arrival into the United States.
