06/15/2022: Pass Pressure Test 40 C.F.R. 147.2920(b) During the week of July 25, 2022, a Final Administrative Compliance Order (AO) will be issued to Grace Oil Co.. During the week of May 2, 2022, a Proposed Administrative Compliance Order (AO) will be issued to Grace Oil Co., Inc. (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2909 and 147.2920(b) by maintaining the well in a manner that could allow the movement of fluid that contains contaminants into an USDW and by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity. This compliance order requires Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity, plug the well or convert it to production use.
