The device is not labeled in accordance with FIFRA ? 2(q)(1) in that its labeling bears statements, design, or graphic representation relative thereto or to its ingredients which are false or misleading. Specifically, the product label and product website bear the EPA
logo and claim to quote the EPA endorsing the product. Additionally, the website makes false and misleading statements related to public health such as claims to protect the user from the Flu virus, the coronavirus, allergies, and aerobic bacteria.
