On March 10, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued a Proposed Administrative Order for compliance under its authority pursuant to Section 1421 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Marion T. Graham, located in Hominy, Oklahoma. The AO was issued because Respondent failed to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity and (40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2905, and 147.2909) maintained injection wells in a manner that could allow fluid movement into a USDW. Graham must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days after the effective date of a Final Order
