U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing formal notification that there is reason to believe that CamelBak Products, LLC (?CamelBak?) has operated in violation of Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N), by failing to submit a Notice of Arrival for Pesticides and Devices (NOA or EPA Form 3540-1) prior to the pesticide device?s arrival into the United States.
