On June 13, 2021, the facility discharged an estimated 2 barrels of oil and 10 barrels of produced water from its facility into or upon a tributary of the North Fork Big Creek. This spill required a cleanup and response to the impacted tributary, and that was overseen by the Kansas Corporation Commission.
