On May 5th, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to Economy Mud Products (Respondent) of Houston, TX, under its authority pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA alleges that the Respondent failed to meet the requirements of section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c), by not submitting an annual pesticide production report in a timely manner. The Respondent must pay a civil penalty of $2,800.
