Moehl Millwork, Inc. (?Respondent?) is the owner or operator of the facility at 5150 SE Rio Court Ankeny, Iowa 50021 (?Facility?). The EPA inspected the facility, on January 7, 2021. The EPA alleges that Respondent violated the following requirements of the RCRA hazardous waste management program.
a. Failure to determine if waste is hazardous waste. 40 CFR 262.11(a).
b. Treatment of hazardous waste without a RCRA permit. 40 CFR 262.14(a)(5).
