On 05/06/2022 Region 5 executed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Reo Plastics, Inc. In it, Region 5 alleges that Reo Plastics, Inc. sold and/or distributed misbranded pesticide products, failed to register the pesticide-producing establishment of where pesticide products were produced and failed to maintain production records in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 169.2. In addition, Reo Plastics, Inc. sold and/or distributed misbranded pesticide products in violation of 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Furthermore, Reo Plastics, Inc. failed to properly maintain records for several pesticide products in violation of 12(a)(2)(B)(i) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Finally Reo Plastics, Inc. produced pesticide kits at an unregistered production facility in violation of 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Reo Plastics, Inc. will pay a fine of $41,680.
