On 05/13/2022 Region 5 mailed a Notice of Warning to Makhteshim Agan of North America. In it Region 5 states that Makhteshim Agan of North America failed to file a Notice of Arrival prior to importation of a pesticide containing product. Failure by Makhteshim Agan of North America to submit the NOA prior to the arrival of unregistered pesticide, MTM-203-DAHM, into the United States, is a violation of Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N).
