During the week of July 25, 2022, a Final Administrative Order (Final Order) will be issued to McCann Resources, Inc. (Respondent).. During the week of May 15, 2022, a Proposed Administrative Compliance Order (AO) will be issued to McCann Resources, Inc. (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. ?? 147.2903(b), 147.2909 and 147.2920 by maintaining the well in a manner that could allow the movement of fluid that contains contaminants into an USDW and by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity. This compliance order requires Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity, plug the well or convert it to production use. Comments will be solicited for 30 days from the date of this notice.
