On June 28, 2022, an Administrative Compliance Order (AO) was issued to Performance Petroleum Co. (Respondent). The AO alleges Respondent violated regulations set forth at 40 C.F.R. Sections 147.2903(b), 147.2909 and 147.2912 by failing to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of an injection well located in Osage Co. Oklahoma. The AO requires the Respondent to successfully demonstrate mechanical integrity of the injection well, plug the injection well or convert it to production use.
