On 05/20/2022 Region 5 mailed a Notice of Warning to Business Connect. In it Region 5 states: Business Connect failed to submit an NOA for the above entry number prior to its April 30, 2022 arrival into the United States, as required by Section 17 of FIFRA and 19 C.F.R. ? 12.112(a). Failure by Business Connect to submit an NOA prior to the arrival of Aquatabs into the United States, is a violation of Section 12(a)(2)(N) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(2)(N).
