On 05/20/2022 Region 5 mailed a Notice of Warning to Gehrke Technology Group. In it Region 5 states:
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reason to believe that you are in violation of Section 7(c)(1) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended (FIFRA or the Act), 7 U.S.C. ? 136e(c)(1) and the regulations at 40 C.F.R Part 167, Subpart E, by failing to submit to the EPA the Pesticides Report for Pesticide-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) (hereafter referred to as the ?Report?) for calendar year 2021, on or before March l, 2022.
