VA. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide device. The importer has the option to export or destroy the violative product, and must provide to EPA documentation of the action. The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
was copied on the NORA, and FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen.
