AO issued to respondent for violation of the SDWA and its implementing regulations 40C.F.R. Part 141. Respondent owns or operates a PWS identified in the Order and is therefore subject to Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). Order requires respondent to complete corrective actions identified through a Level 1 Assessment conducted following a Level 1 trigger event per the RTCR and submit documentation of the corrective actions to the EPA and TCEQ. The order also requires the respondent to provide public notification for failing to complete the required corrective actions and to submit a copy of the public notification, with an accompanied signed Certificates of Delivery to EPA and TCEQ.
