FIFRA 12(a)(1)(F): To sell or distribute a pesticide device that is misbranded. Specifically, the device is not labeled in accordance with FIFRA 2(q)(1) in that the packaging for the product, as it is customarily sold or distributed, does not appear to have all required label
components, including the EPA Est. No., producer or manufactured for information, precautionary language, or directions for use or reference to accompanying directions for use. Additionally, the product label appears to include claims that are false or misleading in
relation to the efficacy of the product, which are prohibited pursuant to FIFRA 2(q)(1)(A) and 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5).
