MAY 12, 2022 - NOTICE OF REFUSAL OF ADMISSION
FIFRA 12(a)(1)(A): To sell or distribute to any person any pesticide that is not registered under Section 3 or whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, except to the extent that distribution or sale otherwise has been authorized by the Administrator under FIFRA.
The pesticide product has not met the requirements for sale, transfer or distribution of an unregistered pesticide pursuant to Section 17(a) of FIFRA and 40 C.F.R. 152.30(c)(2) because it has not been labeled in compliance for 40 C.F.R. Part 156. Specifically, the product does not have a complete ingredients statement as prescribed under 40 C.F.R. 156.10(g).
