The pesticide does not appear to have labeling that contains the requirements and procedures for the disposal of the container of the pesticide as required under FIFRA Section 19(b). Additionally, the maximum use rate for wet-state protection appears as ?0.35%, whereas the
registrant's is EPA-accepted master label states the percentage as 0.3%.
