On July 1, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. subsection 1251-1387 to Union Oil Company of California (UNOCAL), GMG290128 located at 100 Northpark Blvd., Covington, LA 70433. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. subsection 1251-1387. The Administrative Order requires UNOCAL to respond to effluent violations noted in Attachment A to the Administrative Order. UNOCAL must respond to EPA Region 6 by August 1, 2022.
