On July 1, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. subsection 1251-1387 to ENI US Operating Company, Inc., GMG290002 located at 1200 Smith Street, Suite 1700, Houston, TX 77002. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. subsection 1251-1387. The Administrative Order requires ENI US Operating Company, Inc., to respond to effluent violations noted in Attachment A to the Administrative Order. ENI US Operating Company, Inc., must respond to EPA Region 6 by August 1, 2022.
