On July 25, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Home Enhancement Co., LLC (?Home Enhancement?) located in Garden City, Idaho, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Region 10 alleged Home Enhancement failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
