On February 24, 2022, EPA conducted an inspection of the operations at 318 W 3rd Street in Mount Vernon, NY and identified stormwater discharges associated with industrial activities under Sector P, land transportation. The Facility does not have coverage under the MSGP, an individual SPDES Permit or submitted a No Exposure Certification. This ESA requires the Facility to either develop and implement and SWPPP and gain coverage under the MSGP or submit a No Exposure Certification, if eligible. The ESA also proposed a $1,250 penalty.
