On August 11, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Disaster Response LLC located in McCall, Idaho, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA Region 10 alleged Disaster Response LLC failed to retain and, if requested, make available to EPA all records when performing renovation work on two pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. According to EJScreen, one of the renovations occurred in an area of potential EJ concern for indexes in the State Percentile, EPA Regional Percentile and USA Percentile. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $2,000.
