## Summary

On July 11, 2022, Region 1 signed the Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent with ITT, LLC (the Respondent), which requires that the Respondent do a controlled demolition of the Keddy Mill Building in Windham, Maine, and restore the property to a safe and stable condition. The Keddy Mill Site is located at 7 Depot Street in the Little Falls portion of Windham, Cumberland County, Maine. The Site has been used for manufacturing by over a dozen different owners since its initial development in the late 1700s. The Site is currently vacant and consists of approximately 7 acres of commercial land along the south side of Depot Road. A derelict two-story concrete industrial structure, with a concrete basement, currently exists at the Site. The roof of this building is largely compromised, leaving the interior open to the exterior elements and trespassing is known to be occurring. EPA has been working closely with the Maine DEP and the Town on this planned removal.
