EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system, Southfork Resort water system in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Public Notice (PN) rule as set forth in 40 C.F.R. ? 141.201. The AO requires Respondent to provide public notice for the violations listed in the Order to its customers within 30 days of receipt of the Order and to submit copies of copy of the public notification(s) with an accompanied signed Certificate of Delivery to EPA and ADH within 30 days of receipt of the Order.
