On July 14, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) and Final Order under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to Taylor & Stuckey Inc. of Trumann, AR. Taylor & Stuckey was found to be eligible for an ESA based on the company's failure to timely file one or more annual pesticide production reports (Form 3540-16) by the annual March 1 due date. The company agreed to settle the matter and came into compliance by submitting the missing report(s), along with the signed ESA and proof of payment.
