This letter constitutes a Notice of Warning issued pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA or the Act) section 14(a)(2), 7 U.S.C. ? 136l(a)(2), and notifies SEBO America, LLC, located in Englewood, Colorado, that it has violated FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(F), 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(F), for the distribution or sale of misbranded devices.
