EPA conducted an on-site inspection and compliance evaluation of the Facility from February 15, 2022, to February 17, 2022, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA and 40 C.F.R. Part 68. EPA determined three violations for Failure to Update and Revalidate the Process Hazard Analysis, Failure to Certify Operating Procedures Annually, and Failure to Update Required Corrections for the Emergency Contact Information.
