On August 3, Region 3 issued a FIFRA Notice of Warning (NOW) to Brenntag Northeast, LLC of Oakmont, PA for sale and
distribution of a misbranded pesticide that was missing the EPA pesticide registration number on the label. FIFRA misbranding violations are exempt from EJ screen. The initial inspection had been conducted by Pennsylvania Department of agriculture, and they were alerted of the NOW.
