On September 27, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to GU-WI Gutters & Windows LLC, located in Seattle, Washington, for violations of TSCA?s Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Seattle, Washington. EPA Region 10 alleged that GU-WI Gutters & Windows LLC, failed to become RRP firm certified prior to offering to perform renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
