Facility inspected December 8, 2021, during the inspection violations of Section 112r of the CAA were identified. Failed to update the Risk Management Plan within 6 months of an accidental release (July 2017 employee was injured) per 40 CFR 68.195(a) and SOPs had not been updated following the incident in 2017 per 40 CFR 68.52(a). Expedited Settlement Agreement with a penalty amount of $3,500.
