On 4/29/22, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use, and Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act to NanoVapor Biotech, Inc. located in The Woodlands, Texas. The SSURO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(B) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(B). Pursuant to the authority of Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136k(a), NanoVapor Biotech, Inc. was ordered to immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the pesticide products Omnisol Plus (EPA Reg. No. 75174-10-96160), Omnisol Concentrate (EPA Reg. No. 75174-2-96160), and Omnisol RTU (EPA Reg. No. 75174-8-96160) under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located, except in accordance with the provisions of this Order, or until such time that the Product is in compliance with FIFRA.
