On August 15, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent and Final Order under its authority pursuant to CAA to LBC Baton Rouge, LLC - Sunshine Terminal located in Sunshine, LA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of: 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEE and Part 60, Subparts A and Kb. The CAFO requires LBC Baton Rouge, LLC to respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days.
