On September 1, 2022, EPA Region 10 settled with ChemStation Seattle for violations of FIFRA. ChemStation Seattle failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline two times within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. ChemStation Seattle failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2019, and 2021. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1,000.
