On August 22, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent and Final Order under its authority pursuant to CAA to Harvest Midstream Company - Kaplan Gas Plant located in Abbeville, LA. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of the federally-approved Louisiana SIP. The CAFO requires Harvest Midstream Company to respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days.
