EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on June 22, 2021, to June 24, 2021, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 40 CFR Part 68 Risk Management Program requirements. On March 23, 2022, the EPA sent Respondent a Notice of Potential Violation and Opportunity to Confer letter. EPA determined violations for Operator Training, Compliance Audits, and Emergency Response requirements.
