Corteva Agriscience LLC is the registrant of a registered pesticide (N-SERVE, EPA Reg. No. 62719-20) being repackaged and distributed by Van Diest Supply Company with a old label missing important directions for use (spray drift advisories, etc.). This is considered as a misbranding violation under FIFRA. The repackager/distributor (Van Diest) is also responsible for this violation. Penalty action issued.
