EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Lil Countryside WSC (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Terrell, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to complete the required corrective actions and submit required documentation to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
