Sanchez Dental, Las Vegas NM was issued an AO for failure to submit a One-Time Compliance Report as required by 40 CFR Part 441.50(a)(1). AO issued on 09/16/2022 and emailed to Respondent on 09/19/2022. Email came back as undeliverable. Follow up identified a new Dental Practitioner, Dr. Christopher Yoon DDS. Practice agreed to accept and submit the OTCR as required by the Order.
