On September 13, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) letter to Fieldwood Energy, LLC, for violations of NPDES General Permit GMG290541. The violations identified were for effluent discharges, and failure to submit and late DMRs for multiple facilities located in the Gulf of Mexico. Fieldwood Energy, LLC is provided thirty (30) days from the received date of this letter to respond to EPA Region 6. These are offshore facilities and therefore are not EF facilities.
