## Summary

On January 3, 2023, EPA Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the 2017 Construction General Permit by M3 ID Rising Sun LLC, Conger Management Group, Inc., and Syman LLC at the Rising Sun subdivision construction site in Kuna, Idaho.  Alleged violations included unpermitted discharges, inadequate Best Management Practice (BMP) maintenance and control measures, missed inspections, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) deficiencies.
