On September 20, 2022, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) Administrative Order (Order) to Aquaria Water LLC/Inman USA Corp. (Permittees) for failing to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) as required by their National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. The Permittees operate a drinking water treatment facility in Dighton, Massachusetts. The Order requires that the Permittees provide the missing DMRs within 14 days of receipt of the Order. The Region has informed the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of our action.
