b. 40 CFR 262.17(a)(6) 262.262(b) - Failure to prepare a quick reference guide upon revising facility contingency plan after May 20, 2017.
c. 40 CFR 262.17(a)(7)(iii) - Failure to provide an annual review of initial hazardous waste training.
