On September 12, 2022, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Aqua Laboratories, Inc. of Amesbury, Massachusetts to effectively resolve an alleged violation of FIFRA's annual pesticide production reporting requirement for 2021. Under the agreement, Respondent has agreed to pay a $1000 penalty to conclude the case.
