On September 14, 2022, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with KICTeam, Inc. of Auburn, Maine to effectively resolve an alleged violation of FIFRA's annual pesticide production reporting requirement for 2021. Under the agreement, Respondent has agreed to pay a $1,400 penalty to conclude the case.
