On September 21, 2022, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with BBJ Environmental Solutions, Inc. of Stamford, Connecticut to effectively resolve an alleged violation of FIFRA's annual pesticide production reporting requirement for 2021. Under the agreement, Respondent has agreed to pay a $500 penalty to conclude the case.
