On September 26, 2022, EPA filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement with Savage Services Corporation of Auburn, Maine to effectively resolve an alleged violation of FIFRA's annual pesticide production reporting requirement for 2021. Under the agreement, Respondent has agreed to pay a $500 penalty to conclude the case.
